Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide to Using Bet Pawa

1 General Terms

• Withdrawals to Mobile Pay and Nagad are processed within 15–30 minutes.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Daily maximum withdrawal limit is ৳50,000.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bet pawa offers a variety of bonuses. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which will be outlined on the relevant offer page. The general conditions are:

• The welcome bonus applies only to a new user's first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus amounts are generally withdrawable after being wagered 5–30 times.

9 Account Suspension & Bans

Bet pawa may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If the Terms & Conditions are violated.
• If KYC verification is not completed or false information is provided.
• In cases of suspected fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
• If the user requests account closure themselves.

Users may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
